The health incentive program automatically loads $50 to the health incentive wallet on your flexible benefit card when you complete your Annual Wellness Visit. 

If you don't have a flexible benefit card one will be sent to you. Incentive funds will not be loaded to your card for completed health incentive activities right away. The incentive funds are loaded within 3 months after the provider submits a claim. The health incentive funds cannot be redeemed for cash and must be redeemed in the program year they are earned. Be sure to use your health incentive funds by March 31, 2027, as any unused funds will expire after that date. If you decide to leave the plan, any remaining health incentive funds will expire on your last day of coverage.

Members can buy a variety of items, including but not limited to Over-the-Counter (OTC) type items, bedding, clothing, shoes, exercise equipment, and more. Members cannot use the incentive funds towards alcohol, tobacco, firearms, lottery, prescription copays, or pornography-related items.
