2026 Benefit Summaries for small businesses (1 to 50)
Select a plan type below to view the available plans. Each plan includes two documents: a Benefit Summary and a Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC). The Benefit Summary provides the clearest overview of what the plan covers and what you can expect to pay. The SBC is the federally required version, most often used for side-by-side comparison.
