J.D. Power Study Recognizes Providence Health Plan’s Excellence in Member Experience

Providence Health Plan has earned the highest ranking for member satisfaction among commercial health plans in the Northwest Region, according to the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study. The independent study surveyed nearly 40,000 commercial health plan members nationwide to evaluate satisfaction across eight core dimensions.

Providence Health Plan achieved the top overall satisfaction score in the Northwest Region, which includes Oregon and Washington, demonstrating the health plan’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.

The J.D. Power study evaluated member satisfaction across dimensions including ease of doing business, digital channels, and the ability to access health services when needed. Providence Health Plan’s strong performance reflects an integrated approach to healthcare delivery and commitment to member-centered service.
